Becoming a Dentist was a dream for Dr. Olesya Salathe since she was only eight years old, one that her family believed she could fulfill. The mom of two runs a successful large family practice, The Dentist off Main which has allowed her to feel the profound impact of emotional dentistry. Keeping the focus on each patient and their transformation and joy has always been key. Using digital technology to identify and bring harmony to the face has always been the center-point of her practice. 2020 was the year that caused her to shift, pause and reset when COVID forced the family practice doors to temporarily close. It allowed Dr. Salathe to gain the perspective she needed by spending time with family and collaborating with her sister, Jen to open The Aesthetic Experience. It’s the collision of experience, curiosity, training, innovative minds that will propel and change the way people experience aesthetics, beauty and smile design.

Entrepreneur, innovator, not settling for the status quo. As Dr. Christian Coachman says, “having a beginner’s mindset” will always lead to innovation and advancement to anything we set our minds to.

Before venturing into the dental and medical industry, Jen spent 17 successful years in finance and sales. Her exceptional performance placed her in the esteemed Top 1% of professionals nationwide, earning recognition as one of the top women in her field. Such accolades led to her appointment as a business coach, where Jen shared her knowledge and mentored salespeople across the United States.

As the CEO and Co-Owner of The Aesthetic Experience, Jen is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business side. Her multifaceted skill set allows her to effectively manage the company’s operations, sales, marketing, and coach management teams throughout the organization.

With her proven track record of success and commitment to excellence, Jen continues to drive The Aesthetic Experience towards new heights, delivering exceptional service and creating a truly remarkable experience for the companies clients.
