• Are between 18 years of age and older 
• Who are not pregnant or breastfeeding
• Who do not have an active substance abuse problem, an active eating disorder (e.g., anorexia or bulimia), type 1 diabetes, cancer, recent bariatric surgery (within the past 18 months), active gallbladder disease, a history of pancreatitis in the past six months, or a history of medullary thyroid cancer (MEN syndrome)

It’s a once weekly injectable peptide that works as a GLP-1 and GIP agonist which works to suppress appetite and slow gastric emptying where we eat less and feel fuller for longer.

Non refund quitting/firing reasons include:

• patients being non compliant with administration (opting to skip several doses, increasing their own dose at home without provider consult)
• provider may elect to remove patient from the program, not following nutritional recommendations (losing too much weight too fast by not eating) 
• reports of nausea or other expected symptoms that patients are warned of at the initial consult (which have the ability to be reduced with anti nausea medication and diet choices).
